The Rams held a six-point lead at half-time before Walker burst through for a long scoring dash for the home side.
Los Angeles cornerback Wallace then took back Darnold's first interception for 56 yards, leading to a one-yard score by Corum on the next play.
In the final stanza, a touchdown from Matthew Stafford to Nacua pushed the Rams' lead to 30-14, but Rashid Shaheed ignited the comeback with a spectacular punt return.
Darnold then connected with Barner in the endzone, and a successful conversion sent the contest into overtime.
Although Puka Nacua scored for his another TD in OT, Jaxon Smith-Njigba answered in kind to setup the decisive conversion.
